Our Journey

 Peace of mind is created by a busy college student who understands how the weight of the world feels on your shoulders. Through years of working multiple jobs while doing school full time, our CEO always wanted to balance her wellness better while experiencing constant burnout. She felt that she loved the idea of journaling, meal prepping, and keeping track of her daily tasks, but the thought of doing so felt overwhelming. While on the search for a product that would make it seem more manageable, she thought of Peace of Mind. Our goal is to help people balance their work and play, and self-care in a non-overwhelming wat to help make life more fruitful.
